Shipping charges include either curbside service or delivery to the ground floor or doorstep depending on the carrier. Delivery up or down stairs is not included. White Glove delivery is available in most areas - please inquire.
Delivery will be done according to the schedule of the shipping company. Any variance is subject to an additional charge.

In the unfortunate event that your merchandise arrives with damage, please note the damage on the delivery ticket and contact Design Furnishings immediately. Documentation of damages must be received within 48 hours of delivery.
